Weigh in Wednesday

Last weeks Weigh in: 210lbs

This weeks: 210lbs

Total lost: ZERO.

It's ok, I'm not upset. My family and I are under a HUGE amount of stress at the moment. My exercise routine which got off to such a positive start has already gone by the wayside. So I'm going to try and try to get back on track.

I'm not watching what I'm eating, or the amount of water intake, but with the amount of stress I'm under. I'm not totally concerned about it. If anything I'm probably undereating. Which, if any of you happened to have caught "The Biggest Looser" last night will know, this too can sabotage a diet into plateau.

I would love to make it a point to loose about 15 more lbs by News Years. But with the Holidays coming up, I'm thinking this might be an impossibility? But I'm going to try. If I loose 15 more lbs. Then I'll be sub-200 and I will be heading towards the lower 190s. I think that would be an accomplishment in itself.

Good luck to everyone this week!

Well, it's a positive thing that you've maintained thus far. Frankly I don't think maintaining and even losing during the holidays is an impossibility though. It's all about portion control and thinking about what's going on your plate. After all, cranberries aren't fattening in and of themselves - and turkey is a lean meat (white meat portions) - it's just how MUCH of it we eat at the holidays that gets people. :-) You'll do great, I know it!!!

It's good to maintain. Hope your stress is reduced soon!

I hope that things get easier at home, I know how hard it can be when things are stressful, take care of yourself and the weight will go.

As long as you're maintaining during stressful times, you're doing well!! I hope the stress will ease soon and you can get back into the groove again!

Ahhh....forget about it for awhile. At least you are maintaining, don't let weight be one more stressor.
Just take each day as it comes. Try, and I do know it is hard, to do one fun thing for yourself each day if you can. Just 15 minutes reading after the littleuns have gone to bed, whatever.
