Weigh In Wednesdays



Well...Today is weigh in day. It's been an odd week for me.

Previous weight: 212

Today's weight: 212.5

gain of .5lbs.

I'm really not all to concerned about that .5. That is actually down from my Monday weigh in, which was back up to 215. So I'm ok with basically maintaining.

This past Friday Hubby and I started an exercising routine. This path is basically going to turn me into a runner before to long.

Heck - a day is 5 lbs for me. Water weight, water weight, wherefore art thou oh water weight. ha.

Anywho, yeah, that's definitely maintaining! And congrats on starting to work out together. Hopefully that will be a motivator for you. Though I think passing MPs on the track is better - especially considering the history we have with them. *chuckle*

But Sweetheart! If you were up 5 lbs on Monday, and now you are down to only 1/2 a lb more that means you lost 4 1/2 lbs!

Yeah, Grampa walks at the Mall most days except Sunday. I suppose I should get off my tired old tuschie and go with. *sigh*
